When you execute a Short Term Missions Trip, you will see that it can only be accomplished by tapping into the resources of your entire congregation. Everyone will have their place on the wall! Imagine the impact your ministry can have on an entire neighborhood or town when all of the gifts and talents are brought together for a single purpose.

We will show you the basics of the military's Deliberate Planning process and teach you how to write and Operational Order, just like the Navy Seabees, that will explain all of the necessary details of your trip to everyone participating. You will see how flexible this planning process is and that it is applicable for a trip in your home town or overseas. Additionally, we continuously emphasize the importance that the trip is consistent with your ministry's vision.

When you got out into the mission field, you will be side by side with an established ministry that is prepared to receive you. (If you do not know exactly where you want to go, we have a number of ministries that we can recommend.) Your careful planning will ensure that when you arrive, you are a complete blessing to the ministry that you are supporting. Remember, if you do not plan well, it is very easy to be a burden to the people you are trying to help.

After the training, we are not going to leave you alone! If you believe it is needed, we are prepared to assign one our engineers or project managers to accompany you on your trip with you and ensure that you understand everything that was taught.

When the trip is completed, we will join you for a "lessons learned" session that will provide you with the necessary tools to repeat the process again - on your own!
