Our training sessions give your ministry's leadership the basic tools to execute youth-centered missions trips and facility programs with your own resources. We follow the example given to us in the Book of Nehemiah and present it in a format similar to the Operational Plans that deploy U. S. Navy Seabees around the world!

We will equip you to professionally execute programs that glorify God and adhere to your ministry's vision by using, what we call, Nehemiah's Three Ps:

PRAYER - Nehemiah prayed continuously! He did not make a move without putting it before God! Perhaps the best example is praying for 40 days before speaking to the King about his calling.
PLANNING - He didn't just starting fixing up Jerusalem, he made a thorough plan that even included getting help from the King of Persia - a nonbeliever. His plan worked so well that everyone who tried to prevent it could see God's Glory when it was completed.
PURPOSE - Nehemiah didn't just go to Jerusalem - he went there to rebuild the walls!

Nehemiah had a unique ability to involve the entire population of Jerusalem in the building project. Our techniques will ensure that everyone in your congregation has "their place on the wall" when it comes to missions trips or managing your facilities.

We do not provide generic training. Prior to presenting a program, we will meet with you, discuss your needs and prepare a tailored curriculum specifically addressing your concerns and unique issues.
