Nehemiah Building Ministries is a non-profit organization (as defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code) incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As such, the following are some of the requirements of our By-Laws that ensure we are handling our finances in a way that is beyond reproach:

• All actions are within the confines of IRS Code Section 501(c)(3)
  
  
• Our Board of Directors provides fiscal oversight and includes and audit committee.
  
  
• All financial records are independently audited, on an annual basis, by a Certified Public Accountant.
  
  
• Our IRS records are available upon request.
