FACILITY PROGRAMS

We are not a mortgage company. We are not trying to sell you any product. We want to ensure that your Building Committee has a set of basic tools to manage your program.

Whether you are an established ministry that wants to expand your facilities, or a newly planted church that wants to start a building program - there are many different planning considerations. Our training, provided by a Licensed Professional Engineer, will emphasize the following items:

  • Ensuring the building program is consistent with your ministry's vision.
  • The basics of creating a master plan.
  • Budgeting for the entire project.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Coordinating with design engineers, architects, contractors, your neighbors, and the local authorities.
  • Communicating with your congregation.
  • Completing the project.
  • Implications of a facility maintenance budget AFTER construction.

We place special emphasis on the maintenance of the facility after construction. Our belief is that facility maintenance is one of the cornerstones of stewardship. Our training program is easily tailored for one building or an entire complex.

We do not provide generic training. Prior to presenting a program, we will meet with you, discuss your needs and prepare a tailored curriculum specifically addressing your concerns and unique issues.
