John Maurice
President of the Board of Directors
Over 20 years' of pastoral experience both as a civilian minister and Navy Chaplain. A graduate of Roanoke Bible College and Cincinnati Christian Seminary, he is formally educated in church planting and apologetics. He is currently the Command Chaplain for the USS Saipan.

Michael Keller, P.E.
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Citadel with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he is a Professional Engineer with 12 years of U.S. Navy engineering experience including several operational deployments around the world. He also has experience as an engineering consultant for several engineering and consulting firms. He currently supports himself as a Project Manager for Capstone Corporation providing procurement and staffing services to the US Navy.

Fred Haeuser
A graduate of Tulane University and Louisiana State University. Mr. Haeuser is a former design engineer for the Ford Motor Company. Later, he became the President of Haeuser Insurance Agency of New Orleans, LA. He retired after nearly 30 years and currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA.

Johnny Hunter
A graduate of the Hampton Institute, in Hampton, Virginia, Johnny Hunter has nearly 30 years' experience as a teacher and pastor. Currently, he is the National Director of Life Education and Resource Network, Inc., the largest evangelical, African-American pro-life organization in the United States. He is the 1990 recipient of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Religious Leadership Award, presented by the Erie County Chapter of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Mr. Hunter currently resides in Fayetteville, NC.

Julian Irby, P.E.
Professional Engineer with 18 years of U. S. Navy engineering experience including several operational deployments around the world. He is currently a Commander in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps serving as the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction in Pensacola, Fl. He is in the process of starting his own engineering design firm as he prepares to retire from the Navy.

Steve McPherson, J.D.
Mr. McPherson has an MBA and J.D. From Regent University, in Virginia Beach, VA where he currently serves on the faculty of the School of Law. He is a former corporate lawyer and Director of Development for Union Mission Ministries in Norfolk, VA. He is also the Director of Music Ministries for South Norfolk Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA.

Lou Miller, J.D.
A graduate of Southern
Illinois University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Miller served Norfolk Southern Corporation as a maintenance engineer. He later earned a J.D. from Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He is currently Assistant Director of Labor Relations for Norfolk Southern Corporation, Trustee for Suburban Christian Church - Virginia Beach, VA, and a member of the Young Life Board in Virginia Beach, VA.
